You must pay at the time of booking and we are unable to reserve tickets without full payment.
You can book tickets online via our Timetable page. This is the easiest way to book and you will receive a confirmation by email with all of the details for the trip you have booked.
You can also book tickets over the phone or in person at our booking office but please note that written confirmation cannot be issued for a booking made over the phone.
Advanced booking is strongly recommended. Many of our trips are fully booked several days in advance. We cannot guarantee spaces being available on any of our cruises if you just turn up on the day.
Yes, we provide all gear and you can keep what you catch!
Our trips involve fishing at sea which is an entirely natural environment. As such, we cannot guarantee that you will catch fish but we will certainly do our best to ensure that you cast correctly, giving you the best chance!
Yes, we have a toilet on board the boat which is available to use during trips.
Yes, providing other passengers are happy for you to do so. We ask that you show respect towards other passengers, especially children and do not dispose of cigarette ends over the side of the boat.

Yes, we welcome well behaved dogs on board, we just politely ask that they are kept on a lead at all times and remind owners that they are their responsibility at all times.
We operate a no refunds policy and you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason, unless we cancel your trip.
No, our season generally operates between April – October, depending on the weather conditions
Our boat is not designed and has not been adapted for wheelchairs and the vast majority of trips are unsuitable for those with reduced or limited physical mobility. This is also due to the departure point of trips, which is usually from the jetty on the beach on Exmouth Seafront.
However, it may sometimes be possible to accommodate passengers with limited or reduced physical mobility and therefore, we welcome you to contact us prior to making a booking so that we can advise.
Yes, there is a mini bar on board serving a limited range of drinks and snacks. We can only accept cash payments for this as we do not have contactless or card facilities on board.
The answer to this question varies depending on the individual! If you are prone to motion sickness, then we would always recommend taking precautions to avid sea sickness. Any sea-going trip can be affected by the winds, which can cause waves which some passengers may be sensitive to. If you are not sure, please speak to us before booking your ticket as we want all passengers to enjoy their trip with us.
Our trips are subject to weather, tide, and local conditions. Your safety aboard our boat is paramount to us and therefore it is sometimes necessary to cancel, alter or postpone a trip.
It is advisable to call us on 07928 273421 if you are unsure about the status of your trip, particularly if you are travelling a long distance to us. If we cancel your trip, you will receive the option to transfer your ticket to another date or receive a refund.
